Bundles are now called “Pakete” in German

The German interface says “Paket” instead of “Bundle” in inventory, locations and the Excel import — and the subscription plan is called “Tarif” so the two are no longer confused. The English interface is unchanged.

Deleting a booking also removes it from all open documents

Deleting a position in an event’s Bookings tab now also removes it from every open quote, invoice and delivery note — exactly like ‘Remove everywhere’ inside a document.

Event overview map now finds the venue building

If a room has no address of its own, the map uses the address of its group or of your company and labels it “Building · Room”. An event’s own address always wins; groups now have address fields.

Faster PDFs: images in Word templates are shrunk automatically

When you upload a Word template, Univents shrinks embedded images to print size — a 5 MB template drops below 1 MB and every PDF is ready noticeably sooner. Existing large templates can be shrunk with one click.

PDF button no longer gets stuck on “Generating…”

When generating a PDF takes longer than a minute, the button in the document editor now reliably flips to “ready” – no page reload needed.

New automation trigger “Quote rejected”

A rule can now react as soon as a quote is rejected — whether you mark it as rejected yourselves or the customer rejects it in the customer portal. For example with an automatic confirmation of the decline to the customer.

Template prices stay fixed, copies without old quote versions

Renaming a template that was saved from a quote silently dropped the price lock on its positions. And a copied event used to bring superseded quote versions along as drafts. Both are fixed.

The assistant knows what’s new again

Asked “What’s new?”, the AI assistant had been answering that there was nothing — it simply could no longer reach the list of changes. Fixed.

Ticket page now shows the correct venue

When the booked room had no address of its own, the public ticket page could show a random or empty result on Google Maps. Name, address and map link are accurate again.

Auto budget counts every line item only once

The auto budget on the event overview now derives from exactly one document instead of adding up quote, invoice and delivery note — and clicking into a field without changing it no longer locks the row.

Edit or delete leave after the fact

Leave that has already been created or approved can now be adjusted in the back office – change the period and reason, or remove the entry entirely.

A new automation sends your accountant the previous month’s financial documents as a package every month – via download link, without them needing a Univents login.

Template tasks no longer count as open

Time balance: minutes roll over into the hour again

In the time balance of the staff file, in the employee portal and in time tracking a duration could show up as “-47h 60m” or “0h 60m”. Sixty minutes are an hour – the display now reads “-48h 0m” and “1h 0m”.

A warning when a room or item is booked twice

The events overview and the quote now show a notice as soon as two events share a room or a rental item is scheduled more often than you own it.

A room can no longer be double-booked through your booking page

If a room already had an inquiry, a second booking for the same time still went through. It is now declined — while a different time on the same day stays bookable.

Accepting an inquiry keeps its time of day

An inquiry that came in through the booking page with a time of day ended up as an event at 02:00 after being accepted. The requested time now stays – and whatever you change in the form before accepting is what counts.

Saved event views keep their filters, new “Last week” time range

A saved view of the events overview now really carries its time range, sort order, invoice status and every other filter. Plus two new time ranges, “Last week” and “Last month” – ideal for writing the open invoices every week.

Function sheet: quantities in German notation

Decimal quantities in the target column used a dot instead of a comma, and a calculated amount could come out as “125.99999999999999 pcs”. Both are fixed.

“Make an inquiry” in the webshop opens the form, support button no longer covers the nav

The custom-request button on webshop pages now opens your inquiry page instead of reloading, and the support button no longer sits on top of the bottom navigation on mobile.

Microphone: a double tap no longer cuts the recording short

Tapping the microphone twice in quick succession while dictating in the feedback window or the assistant no longer loses the recording after the first sentence.

Portal navigation, vacation requests, and mobile markup improved

The employee portal now reacts instantly to a tap on your phone, the staff file links pending vacation requests straight to the decision screen, and the feedback marking tools now work well on mobile too.

The “Add position” dialog silently refused to save when the price or quantity had more than two decimal places.

Production list: tag filter, dishes as rows and one sheet per delivery note

The tag filter checks a row's own tags again, a dish with components can be shown as its own row, and every delivery note gets its own complete sheet when printing.

The “Editing locked” notice now carries the “Create new version” button – until now it only asked for one. And the confirmation before sending names the email address the document actually goes to.

The “Use for kitchen production” checkbox now controls the kitchen monitor only. A recipe gets its row on the production list as soon as it is set up as a recipe.

Signed quotes and delivery notes now come as a signed PDF with a signature page and a document history, and an accepted quote turns into an order confirmation with one click.

Dishes now become recipes instead of items

When you add a free-text position to your inventory, Univents now asks whether it should become a recipe or an item – until now it always became an item. And the switch that turns an item into a recipe later is now called “Is a recipe”.

The public event feed now returns the cheapest ticket price still on sale plus a sold-out flag.
