- Create a new version straight from the locked quote. A sent quote can no longer be edited – the notice on top asked for a new version, but the button for it lived only in the three-dot menu of the documents overview. It now sits in the notice itself. One click, one confirmation (the new version voids the current quote), and you land in an editable draft with every line item. For a quote that has already been accepted, the path deliberately stays in the menu.
- The send confirmation shows the recipient. It used to say “will be emailed to the customer” – without an address. Now the actual email address is part of the confirmation, so a misclick shows up before the document is out.
