Time balance: minutes roll over into the hour again

In the time balance of the staff file, in the employee portal and in time tracking a duration could show up as “-47h 60m” or “0h 60m”. Sixty minutes are an hour – the display now reads “-48h 0m” and “1h 0m”.

No more “60 minutes” in balances and durations. When a duration fell just short of a full hour – for example because a timer only ran for a few seconds – hours and minutes were rounded separately, and the display read “-47h 60m” instead of “-48h 0m”. This affected the time balance in the staff file (carry-over, target, actual, balance, total), the time balance in the employee portal, the net duration in time tracking and in pending approvals, and the daily total of the stopwatch. The underlying values did not change, only how they are shown.
