Available on the Enterprise plan: you add a subdomain, your IT sets three DNS records, and we verify them automatically.
- “Reply to” for every automatic email. You decide where your customers’ replies go — for example your shared team inbox instead of a personal address.
- Automatic checks with a safety net. We check your domain’s DNS records every hour. If something goes wrong, your emails automatically switch back to univents.app — no email is ever lost — and you get notified.
