Employee portal: navigation reacts instantly. Tapping a tab in the bottom navigation bar on your phone now highlights it right away and shows a brief loading hint while the destination page starts building its layout — it used to stay blank for up to three seconds. This applies to both the login-based portal and the invite-link portal.
Staff file: vacation requests are one click away. When the “Vacation” tab shows a request as “Requested”, a banner now tells you how many requests are waiting for a decision and links straight to the vacation requests in the Staff area. Before, you only saw the status there with no way to approve or reject it.
Feedback marking: tools now work well on mobile. The rectangle, arrow, redact, and undo tools are now large enough to tap comfortably, the toolbar wraps when needed, the selected tool is clearly highlighted, and the feedback window keeps side margins on the phone screen.
