New
New trigger: Quote rejected. Automations now offer a new trigger “Quote rejected”. It fires as soon as a quote is set to “Rejected” — whether you reject it yourselves in the quote's status bar or your customer rejects it in the customer portal. The rule runs once per rejection.
Send a confirmation of the decline automatically. Combine the new trigger with the “Send email” action and one of your own templates, and your customer automatically receives a friendly note after declining — for example “Sorry it didn't work out this time — see you next time”. The email goes to the customer's email address on the quote. Conditions such as gross total, customer or tags are available just like for the other quote triggers.
