Design your own task phases. The phases in an event's task tab (Preparation, During the event, Follow-up) can now be renamed, recolored, reordered and extended with your own phases under Settings → Status columns — including a default due date per phase. Tasks without a fixed phase are still assigned automatically from the event date; custom phases you set on purpose.
Filters in the event's task tab. Search, assignee (including “unassigned”), status, phase and tags — available in the kanban, phase and timeline views; the counters in the header keep showing the total.
Freeform documents in landscape. Any freeform document in the Documents tab (a run sheet with many columns, for example) can be switched to landscape individually; printing and PDFs follow immediately, and templates keep the orientation.
Offer import asks before creating anything. When importing an offer PDF, you now see in advance how many products and categories would be newly created in your inventory, and decide with a checkbox whether they get created. Without the checkbox, unknown line items land as freeform lines in the offer draft, so you can match a product later.
Direct accounting integrations now in Core. Lexware Office, sevdesk and bexio are now included in the Core plan — invoices and contacts land in your accounting software with one click. DATEV and BMD export remain available from Growth as before.
